Especially in recent months, something has become clear: we can't always visit our customers, and customer care isn't always quick and easy. At the same time, we know that those who cultivate their customers—that is, who talk to them and exchange ideas—also know where the shoe pinches. With precisely this in mind, I adopted #GaryVee's approach and (hopefully) improved upon it: #DocumentAndCreate is the motto.
What does it mean if I choose #DocumentAndCreate?
First and foremost, it's about mindset. The intention to create something that offers real added value for everyone involved. Secondly, I don't want more work than I already manage in my daily life; that means I primarily want to leverage synergies. Thirdly, and not insignificantly, I want to not only reduce my effort but multiply it. In other words, if I'm doing something anyway, I might as well build a system that allows me to achieve even more with it.
The approach of #DocumentAndCreate
So I need a system for this. A system that allows me to work quickly and efficiently, which means I need a process and a few tools. I've decided on the following:
- Zoom (for recording as well as YouTube and Facebook)
- Streamyard (for LinkedIn)
- Anchor.fm (for podcast distribution)
- WordPress (for the blog)
- Calendly (for appointment coordination and automatic follow-up)
I will gladly explain how it all works, what's behind it, what the result looks like, and what it brings in a later post.
For Questions I am happy to assist you.
