On-site Consulting Day including Kick-off Keynote (1 Day)
Focus: Naming and elaboration of the topics and goals of the AI Ambassador Program. Identification of potential AI Ambassadors and determination of the most important AI technologies and applications relevant to the company.
Analysis and Evaluation of AI Focus Areas (20-page Evaluation)
The evaluation includes a comprehensive analysis of relevant AI technologies and their application areas within the company. This includes benchmarking with competitors and recommendations for promoting and responsibly deploying AI.
Mini-Concept for AI Ambassador Program
During the consulting day, the foundations for the AI Ambassador Program will be developed. This mini-concept includes the training plan, the roles and responsibilities of the AI Ambassadors, and KPIs for measuring success.
Best Practice Online Workshops
Bi-weekly exchange via Teams or Zoom over 3 months (6 sessions of 2 hours each, without participant limit). Focus: Deepening AI competencies and fostering the network of AI Ambassadors within the company.
