The body text refers to the main text of a page. Its primary purpose is to inform the user and provide them with the information they need. Specifically in the case of PostFinance, users often intend to learn about products. Therefore, informative texts about the products should be integrated into the page. The body text should also adhere to the following points:
- The body text should be a thematically focused, precise, and user-oriented text.
- The text should be as comprehensive as possible while remaining within reasonable limits. The content should provide the user with the desired information and be unique – meaning it cannot be found on any other website with the same wording.
- The main keyword (see mapping) should be incorporated in a normal way; otherwise, the page will appear over-optimized. Additionally, synonyms and semantically related keywords can be used in the text.
- The text should be of a length that is still readable for users. Extremely long texts that only become visible when expanded should be avoided.
